Wrote a previous negative review. Turns out they had a system issue. They've now sorted it and the product has arrived (gave me option of refund or reprocessing order). Were very polite in their emails.

Sorry for the previous review. The bamboo factory has been excellent in sorting out the problems. It was a big misunderstanding.

Have a pillow on 30 days trial. Been trying to get hold of the company for 4 days. No. Reply no telephone number. Do not buy from them as customer services non existing.

Tried using it as per instructions. After 3 weeks of use skin tag still there.
Would not recommend, complete waste of money

Best pillow I've had in my life, also got one for my 78year old mum and she luvs it too!! 😁😀

Didnt sleep much the first night on my new pillow. But persisted and glad I did. My neck feels better and I feel better when i get up in a morning.

Ordered a bamboo pillow on line on a 30 day money back offer and no postage charges. Pillow arrived quicker than anticipated excellently packed. I have been using it now for a week and can honestly say that the pillow does as stated in alleviating neck pain and also keeping cool so better night’s sleep. Am going to order another one.

I bought this for my husband who is quite happy with it. I then bought what I thought were pillow cases but they turned out to be just the same as the covering on the pillow. I wanted cotton based material ones to remove for washing. I gave purchased large ones but they are still not the right size for this pillow.

I purchased a bamboo pillow about three weeks ago. I wasn't certain at first that I really liked it but as I have tried every pillow in MandS. and John Lewis I thought to try it a bit longer. Now I wouldn't be without it. I have chronic arthritis and spondylitis in my neck and this shredded memory foam is just right for me. First time I have seen shredded memory foam.

Then i decided to order two extra pillowcases. They were delivered by Royal Mail less than 24 hours since ordering.
