Straight razor didn't come shave ready. Looked like it had been sharpened with a 300 grit diamond stone. Sent email asking if the wax block included with the strop was a wax conditioner for the leather or sharpening compound, never received a reply. Poor quality, poor after sales care. Not happy at all.

Love this the blade gives me a smooth clean shave. The pre shave oils keeps me from getting razor burn and bumps they also smell amazing though i would like it if there some more scents in the pre shave oil.
