Broken battery
Asked ask them if they sell batteries for the carbon X pro asked me what was wrong with it I told him it stopped working and they basically sent me a new battery 1010 customer service absolute fantastic company beard struggle

This was for my son's birthday. He absolutely loves all the Beard Struggle products. His favourite at the moment is Vanir's Wisdom and I've gotta say his beard is so soft - and he smells amazing! Ordering was simple, delivery was super quick and I know this is a gift he always appreciates. I don't have a beard (Im his mum lol) but I will be back for more. love the packaging by the way x
