Very easy process
Very easy process and outstanding customer service to help us choose the right ring and size. Delivery took about two weeks (I couldn't find a delivery time on the website, but saw another response saying they take 10-14 business days).
Ring was perfect, exactly as described.

Bought a wedding band for my wife
Bought a wedding band for my wife. Made a mistake when ordering, rang them direct and spoke to a lovely lady who sorted everything out. Managed to get it for Christmas (left it til last minute) which was brilliant and my wife loves it. Faultless to deal with and would definitely recommend.

Great company , looked for a platinum wedding ring for my fiancé in stores but found this company online and was worried about ordering online, but have to say they are great! The price was half than in stores, fab service ! Great communication, as had to send back for resizing ( our fault for ordering wrong size) as we weren’t sure on sizes for him, nothing was a problem, resized free of charge and sent back in a week. Can’t rate them highly enough. Will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Customised wedding band
Was looking for a company that customises wedding bands and wanted it in flat court. Found them by google search . It was easy and detailed, you can choose the design and depth of the ring. Not very many shops sell flat court wedding band, so I ordered it, they sent me ring sizer to confirm my ring size and I received my ring in about 10days. Took a little while but was worth it. Ring was well made and polished.
