I put a tiny product that cost $5 in my cart. Postage for this item at Australia Post would have cost less than $5 including packing. The Beauty Store wanted to charge me $20 to post this item. What a rip off! I did not accept this and will not shop there again. If they cannot manage to keep logistics costs down they do not deserve my patronage.
Very disappointed to see that 4 days after placing my order and not receiving any shipping updates that the business has gone into liquidation. Surely they knew this was coming so why was the website still up and running. $150 out of pocket right before Christmas. Not impressed.

Great for haircare but let down by shipping provider and online contact system.
I have had great experiences with The Beauty Store in the past, but can no longer use them. Their shipping provider Aramex consider my suburban address to be rural so I cannot access free shipping, at which point my savings from using the store are undone. I have tried to contact them directly but cannot post a question due to Recaptcha problems.

I ordered a gift pack online. The products were shipped the day after I ordered and arrived in less than a week. The gift pack was as advertised and arrived in excellent condition, just in time for Christmas.
