Due to strikes over the holidays there has been severe delay which is completely out of our hands. We can only apologise on behalf on the courier who are separate entity from ourselves. We checked the tracking and it’s out for delivery today. The tracking information has been trackable via the contact details provided since the parcel has been shipped.
