Forget Me Not Charm disappointing
Whilst size for Forget Me Not Charm is on the website, the pictures are misleading as charm looked larger than it actually is. Very expensive for what it is and if seen in a shop how small would not have purchased!

Hi Linda, sorry you were disappointed but as I have already told you the sizes are on our website and are 100% accurate. The pictures are taken by us and have not been edited, so are a true reflection of the charm. I did suggest that you return your order for a full refund but you had already gifted it, I am not sure what else we could do. This is our most popular charm and we have sold hundreds without one single complaint...until now. I believe your review is totally unfair and potentially damaging to our small business, hopefully people will realise this and ignore it.
