Nothing for free, fraudulent company. Claim you win a "free" venue but you have to pay a mandatory fee to them (for them to do very little) and meet expensive minimum spend with venue. Do not believe this company or any word they say. Nothing is free and their services are very poor. Avoid.

The team turned around an urgent order in ultra quick time, and quality was brilliant. Thank you very much indeed.

Having forgotten on multiple occasions to purchase the robes I wanted, I emailed in and had a very quick and thorough response offering the robes that would be made in time (with a week to go). Reka was kind, made very quick responses and reassured me the robes would be sent out next day, which they were and with next day delivery were delivered the morning after.
The bridesmaids and bride were all happy. They were a lovely quality- we had the satin robes so a steam before the day had them looking lovely with no creases.

Awful experience. Firstly they did not meet the delivery timeframe they said to me via email. Then the package NEVER ARRIVED. After following up with them several times, they finally said my package had been returned to them because I had refused it (but I never received it!) and I was told by the owner to never email them again??? Instead of giving me a heads up of what had happened and / or an alternative to get the package I paid hundreds of dollars for.
So I didn’t have the order for the event I bought it for, I still do not have the order, I have not received a refund or given an option to receive my package and I was spoken to rudely by the owner. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this shop.

Nice quality gowns - I would have liked updates on when they would be ready but when I asked, I got a response straight away and a convenient date for delivery.

The ‘Bride Robe’ arrived very quickly from the UK to Australia, and was better than I imagined it might be. The material is soft & feels luxe…the lace details on the sleeves is gorgeous. The embroidery looks great….can’t wait to wear it on my special day!

The robes came and were beautiful. I ordered kids , standard adult and plus size adult. As I am plus size I was a bit worried on the sizing but the plus size robes are great, plenty of room. The quality is also perfect.
