I don't recommend it because they never pay correctly for working hours or vacation!

You never get all the money for the entire vacation and there is money missing.
They don't make the payments correctly!

Left my job and moved to a new area in the UK.spent an age on online/apps applying for jobs, with no luck. Signed up with The Best Connection, and got work the day after my application was complete. Couldn't be happier, regular work and a lovely team with great communication. Definitely recommend them.

I made the decision to quit my job and look for work in a different industry. Best connection ensured that I had something in place to continue to work. I have had a few placements thought them and I am now working in a temp to perm role. Without this agency, I wouldn't have had the confidence to leave my job. Couldn't recommend enough!

I cannot recommend The Best Connection highly enough. They were all very professional and polite at all times. After recently being made redundant, Lee (Leicester Branch), helped me to secure the role I wanted for the company I wanted to work for after setting an interview up for me following my application - thank you so much! The whole process of applying and filling in the relevant paperwork was straightforward too and from applying to being told I have the job was only a matter of days.

I also need to thank Simon (Leicester Branch) as he initially spoke with me about my CV and went through a couple of options. Thank you all very much!

I contacted best connection not too long ago now they had me in for a quick chat about my experience in work and was willing to offer me a full time job, they were really understanding. Most importantly John was really understanding and found me a job in a matter of days which I really appreciate and I’m doing great in the job I’m at now, if it wasn’t for best connection and John I would still be out of work.

I registered on a Tuesday and out on an assignment on the Thursday. Started another assignment on the Monday on a week booking which has now been extended until end of August.

waste of space, spoke personally to olivia outside the premesis, told me to ring the day after, even though i had all the relevant docs..called the day after, spoke to another woman who said olivia was in a meeting and would ring back which they didnt..called again today but was blagged off with some rubbish again..wouldnt give these people the time of day.

The agent that hired me was amazing, unfortunately he passed away, but the agent after him was also same. However agency itself won't answer my emails, everyone at work got compensation from the company, i did not i emailed many times, unfortunately i learned about compensation after leaving. But one of my colleagues that worked for job and talent left same week as me, but he emailed job and talent and got paid following week. I emailed agency few times over the last 2 and half year.

I guess you could say they're not to bad until it comes to you getting your annual leave paid as you don't get paid your full holiday entitlement which I think is a rip off .as if you work with the company who best connections sign you up for then you would get your full entitlement,this needs to improve
