I highly recommend working for best connection I’ve worked for many agencies in the past and always encountered problems with payroll in one way or another but Jane Allison at the Yardley branch Birmingham was friendly helpful and I always received my correct hours and on time and i really appreciated it when she went out of her way to sort out my holiday pay at last minute . I have since gained full time employment and and would use best connection again

My wife wrote an email to the Northampton branch twice asking about finding work, but she got no reply whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement of her request, absolutely appalling behaviour, cannot recommend at all.

Best Connection, Walsall Branch
We have dealt with Best Connection (Walsall Branch) for many years now. During 2024 we used their drivers often. They were always punctual and enthusiastic.
We had very few issues and if there were, they were sorted out quickly and professionally.
We continue to use their services in 2025.

Best Connection are an excellent recruitment agency with special thanks to Dawn who worked very hard in finding work for me very promptly.
Dawn has also continued to support me ongoingly through my job too which has been very helpful and reassuring.

Dawn and Chloe really helped greatly
Dawn and Chloe really helped greatly. They were very easy to reach and communicate with. They found me an amazing job which I loved, unfortunately got made redundant but the agency had no say in that. They still contact me with potential job opportunities. Would recommend!
