I was looking for a garden room for quite a while, but nothing quite ticked all the boxes.

I found this company on Instagram. Sent them a drawing, and they made me my dream room.

I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a Beehive Storage Box. It arrived well packed and I was very pleased but it wasn't the size I wanted. Rang them regarding this and they were very helpful and said they would make me one to the size I wanted. It arrived today very well packed and is perfect size. I am so pleased and look forward to having it in my garden, it will look great. I was pleased with their service.

Absolutely appalling, the paint is peeling off the bin store despite their claims on the paint finish. I’ve spoken to them, emailed and sent text messages. The reaction has almost been ‘what do you expect, it’s the weather’. Promised to have this attended to by a local painter / more than 3 months later, still waiting / do not recommend under any circumstances and plan to take this further

I’m a garden designer based in London and use this company for all of our wooden, bespoke needs. I’ve ordered numerous bespoke bin shed’s, meter box covers and garden rooms. Every single one have been exceptional. The company recently advised me of some fake reviews. And asked me to write a honest review.

I’ve just had my bin store installed.

What a lovely company! I needed an item slightly more bespoke than what I could find online. So I contacted this company who provided me with a quote. Once I confirmed my order, I joined the rather large waiting list.

Well worth every minute of the wait! I can see why the waiting list is so large. The item is so sturdy, the paint finish is wonderful and it’s lovely to know that I’ve supported a small family business.

I’m looking to purchase a garden room, and I won’t be looking anywhere else ….

The struts on our bin store failed within a matter of weeks. I emailed the company asking them to repair the fault, however they ignored my emails and then blocked me on Instagram. Avoid them.

Speechless. The owners of this company and Bespoke Garden products have deviously left themselves five star reviews pretending to be 'satisfied' customers. Trying to detract from their appalling customer service. They have had over £5,000 of our money for a Shepherds Hut for over 50 weeks. No hut, no communication unless pushed and pushed and then excuses which are no excuse. The stress of this has made me ill and I've wasted a summer waiting for a hut they can't be bothered to build. When my husband phoned them as he is now as angry and frustrated as me but cool and calm when dealing with people he was cut off and subsequent calls went unanswered.
Please do not do business with these people, lying and stooping to leaving fake reviews shows you all you need to know.
If I could leave minus stars I would. I suppose the star I'm having to leave to register this very fair review could go this companies owners for being such great salespeople of 'fake huts, phoney excuses and shattered dreams.

Update. I have finally been reunited with my deposit for the hut. After 376 days of me paying it. The only way the company wanted to refund me was if I was to remove my honest comments. Eventually they relented and paid me what they owed me. It says a lot how they treat customers hence my comments stand
