Do NOT use this company. They talk to you like dirt, they charge elderly customers £600 to come out and service a boiler when it should be £250. He subs out the work to other engineers who do a shoddy job. He hasn’t a clue how the machines work and tells me I’m not competent when I’m navigating the menu for him. He then wipes his hands. See you in small claims court where we will apply for a CCJ.
