Very disappointing experience with Boat Warehouse.

I placed an order on Monday and specifically called before purchasing to confirm that the item could be delivered within the same week. I was assured it would be possible, yet by Thursday my order had still not even been shipped.

When I called to ask for an update and express my concerns, the customer service experience was even worse. Tash was rude, dismissive, and ended the call by hanging up on me instead of trying to help resolve the issue.

Delays can happen, but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are unacceptable. If you can't meet the delivery timeframe you promised, at least be honest with your customers and treat them with courtesy when they call for an update.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I won't be purchasing from Boat Warehouse again.

When I had an email from your sales team saying a delivery of a pair of sailing gloves was delayed, I was a bit dismayed (tho appreciative that you let me know of the delay). I need the gloves for a trip down the Franklin in early December.

I called your number. Tash went out of her way checking stock levels on other options, then making calls to source some very similar ones, and then she has posted them express.

She was courteous, efficient, kind and very understanding. Very impressive. I could not have asked for better.

I ordered a tabletop and pedestal from boat warehouse. The items were shipped the next day and arrived at my door in Perth Western Australia 6 days later.
The items were packed beautifully and arrived with zero damage and was exactly what I had oredered.

highly recommend staying clear. First time ever using the boat warehouse and terrible experience. Ordered a T-Top Bimini 4th dec 2024 after calling every month trying to get an update on a delivery date the model had been discontinued and wanted me to pay an additional charge for the ‘upgraded version’ after waiting 4 months (it’s now April 2025). Absolute joke. Never again.

After much help from the staff at The Boatwharehouse
I was able to match inspection ports made in 1968 for a Mirror dinghy with new ones through they great efforts by the staff to help me a special thanks to Howard . The price was great and the service excellent

Poor customer service I’ve ordered a few time with no issues but this time my order arrived wrong they told me in order for them to resend the correct item I would have to post back the part that was wrong. They said I would then be issued a postage refund. After multiple emails still no reply or refund so just be aware if anything does go wrong with your order it may fall on deaf ears.

Crap service, no delivery for months despite full payment made. Not even a courtesy email and then multiple excuses and lies. Dodgy as 💩! Steer clear of this mob!!!

Very prompt and efficient service by the team. They have a broad product range and try and accommodate timely deliveries. A big thank you to John for his assistance on an express delivery.

I ordered an item that was in stock, but TBW saw fit to sit on it for fourteen days before an email from myself started the ball rolling. Not good enough.

I received excellent customer service from this company. They were responsive and efficient when I made a product enquiry. I received tracking notification, so I could track my purchase. I would definitely recommend this company.
