Fantastic Service from Start to Finish

I’ve recently taken up Short Mat Bowling and purchased my first set of Drake Pride bowls from this company. The service was excellent from start to finish.

One of the items I ordered was out of stock, which I already knew when I placed the order, but they still took the time to contact me personally to make sure I was happy to wait. That level of customer service was genuinely appreciated.

To top it all off, they included a few extra gifts with my order, which was a lovely surprise.

Fantastic customer service, great communication, and a company that clearly values its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Highly recommended!
