Flawless experience

I bought in September 2025 some covers…

I had an incident with the collection of my package and when I explained it to them in more detail, and since I did not receive it, they refunded my money. I appreciate the fast management.

Hi,

Your payment has already been refunded.

Your order was shipped on the same day it was placed in September. At that time, we provided the tracking information ourselves, and the shipping company also sent multiple updates. According to the tracking, they attempted delivery twice.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and delivery status. Therefore, we do not understand why this issue was only brought to our attention after four months and not earlier.

REALLY GOOD SERVICE, the only thing to change it's If they can add the measures of every protector to know if they can fit in non-specified items of my collection.
