Not recommended

I ordered two bags in two separate orders, one bag arrived and the other still hasn't arrived more than 30 days ago, the customer service representative said there was confusion between the orders
Gave me when I asked to cancel the order of the bag that did not arrive, the representative said that the bag had already been sent to me and gave a tracking number that does not exist and only after a few days will it be active.
Do not recommend the brand collector and will not purchase from them again.

Recommend!

I had no previous knowledge of this company when I purchased a Hermes bag. The service was good and timely, everything easy and overall a great experience. The bag was as described, im very happy with it! I did get the bag authenticated from a third party, as I always do when I purchase preloved, and it was indeed authentic, as expected. I would purchase from them again and recommend them.

Highly unprofessional company.

The Brand Collector demonstrate to be highly unprofessional, they accepted an order, charged the money then said the item was sold minutes before it was accepted. No apologies, not offers to replace it.

Would you mind letting us know on what platform the item was purchased, as different platforms debit the sale and later transfers the funds to us. We can not control when the platforms capture payments.

As we sell on +20 platforms, and due to technical issues and update delays, as well as sharing a catalog with our suppliers, items sometimes still appear as in stock when in fact they have already been sold. This delay time is of a few hours, and is why sometimes we must unfortunately refuse a sale.

We regret that you did not receive an apology on our end. As our items are second hand and unique we can rarely offer replacements as it is dependant on if we have the same item / model in stock.

Never received money back

I have returned the item on March 12, 2024, and on March 13, 2024 I’ve received an email from Brand Collector with a confirmation of the refund. Until now, April 1, 2024, I haven’t received the refund and the customer service stopped responding and didn’t send me a confirmation of the refund with my banking details or anything that proved the money were released. Since the funds never reached my bank, it’s on the vendor’s end. I am waiting for someone to reach out to me and finally return my money (950€, btw). My order number is #2363.

Stay away from this deception

Stay away from this deception. Tried to buy a bag 2 times where the purchase was cancelled after a few days because the bag was supposedly just sold. This review comes back regularly. I don't know for what purpose this sale was set up but by no means from honesty!

I got a beautiful Gucci bag for an…

I got a beautiful Gucci bag for an amazing price. Shipping was a bit off because my bag was shipped from Japan and not marked as shipped by the company. I got my bag super fast, within less than 5 days from ordering, but company sent me the tracking maybe 3 weeks later after I got my bag. It was just a bit off, but very happy with my purchase. I also got the bad directly from The brand Collector. Don’t get it from Vestiaire, they will charge you way more.

I ordered a LV pochette via Vestiaire

I ordered a LV pochette via Vestiaire. Unfortunately it was not in the condition showed in the pictures. It had many more spots. A professional seller should be obligated to disclose all imperfections. Unfortunately you cannot comment publicly on the sellers items.

I tried twice to purchase a LV through…

I tried twice to purchase a LV through this reseller on Vestiare C. and the purchases were both canceled. VC looked into it and said they never download the mailing ticket which means they never planned to send me the bags. I think that they’re business model is no serious. They sell on other platforms and then try to exceed that price and cancel the first offer if they are successful.
I’m super annoyed. They claim to deal with luxury items but have a „0“ service oriented business. What a joke. I also wrote to them; but didn’t get any other response than „we‘ll look into it“. I will make sure to provide my feedback all over the places necessary to protect other potential buyers…

Bad condition products

Got a bag in worst condition as mentioned broke after two times using it. LV bag and both lathers straps broke the answer was I could get 40€ to fix it.avoid buying from them after they sold the item they really don’t care. +700€ item that can’t be used. Spend your money in any other second hand store.

Cancel my order with a lie, telling the bags aren't available anymore, but both placed them again for sale on their website

I ordered 2 bags, with a nice discount.
The order got cancelled today, because they said both bags aren't available anymore.

But I know for sure that's a lie, because they put both bags exactly the same for the same price on the website again.

I think they just don't me to have the discount. Suddenly the discountcode I've used isn't working anymore! So they're not being honest at all and I really don't like that!

I can't believe this. Be aware for The Brandcollector!
