the arrogance of the human in the Campbeltown is overwhelming. Went twice to give them the benefit of the doubt but nothing had changed. they need learn some customer service, absolute 0 interest in serving me,has the peroality of a wet sock...so you work in a brew shop...big deal. Ill never go back, id rather drive to Marrickville for my needs.

Need to learn and appreciate the value of their customers and drop the poor attitude
The Campbelltown store staff have a consistently poor attitude towards customer service and air of technical arrogance that they feel justifies this poor attitude. Every time I go there I encounter the same experience :(

What a great web site! Evrything in stock, everything delivered packed well.
YOu get your stuff next day and when I phoned up there were actually people on the phone who packed my order! Terrific! They knew all about homebrew as well as could answer my questions! Even th eEmail replies were quick and helpful.
I Have no worries about them and you won't either!

Best I ve ever used!
What a grteat business, helpful, full of jokes and great on the phone. Everything in stock, or they tell you it will be a few days! They don't take your money until the goods have left their shop, that's really unusual!
I recommend them to anybody!
