Bought a mystery box , products were okay but definitely not up to what I was expecting given all the glowing 5 star reviews.
Put the products away for a while as I had others to use up. When opened the products 2/3 months later 2 had gone “off” . No way this should have happened in this short time frame.
The response from customer service was awful. I was told off for “being sarcastic” and this was “not polite “ of me and I was “insinuating” the products were stale. I certainly was not sarcastic I simply set out the facts and ask for replacement products . I was so horrified by the unprofessional response I contacted the company owner via Instagram. She was very polite and sent replacement products but by then the damage was done .

Like other reviewers I ordered the mystery pamper box and was very disappointed.
I have ordered in the past and been very satisfied.
I didn’t really ‘need’ any more skin care but I fell for the marketing of this kit being excellent for gifting. I needed two nice gifts and thought the Charlotte Tilbury fragrance kit and hand wash/hand lotion would be ideal.
Instead I’ve received shower gel and hand lotion in unmatched fragrances and a bundle of fragrance samples that are clearly free gifts.
I should have listened to my head when it seemed too good to be true.
I fell for some rather imaginative marketing.
The REALLY annoying thing is that after leaving a review on their website they have removed it! No wonder all their reviews are amazing!
I won’t trust the business again.

I purchased a mystery pamper box that was advertised as including a giftable hand set and a fragrance collection. This was described as such in the advertisement email and the product description on the website. They also used photos of these items in the emails. I did not receive either items. They claim it was always perfume samples not the scent library that was pictured/advertised. And I recieved an ungiftable mismatched scent body wash and lotion instead of the hand set. This They claimed they "ran out of" despite me ordering very early on before the sold out. If you only have a set amount of an item then limit how many can be bought. There was no contact to say this item wouldn't be included either. 3 items in the box also had a short date on them.
