A system that doesn't function. False pretences.
I received an unsolicited offer from these, suggesting that they were a successful portal for brides looking to organise their wedding, in which they offered the ability to advertise.
As it was a relatively small sum I thought I would try the service. Sadly, that was a mistake.
One of the principal claims in the first email was that I could be 'online in minutes'. However, this proved not to be the case. When the login details came through I attempted to complete my profile, but all effort was in vain. I tried to upload pictures and never succeeded, despite getting the confirmation that the files had gone through. I also tried to add some testimonials, but there is no entry key showing to finish the process, so I just wasted my time.
Of course, the measure of a company is how they deal with problems and this one fails dismally. I emailed to two different addresses, but only received one reply late on in the evening. Worse was that the reply didn't address the issue, but merely said they could offer support!
Generally, when I buy a product I expect it to function, at least to a small extent. When I hand over money and get nothing, especially when I waste my time, it really annoys me. This is a prime example and I would recommend everyone avoid their service.
