This company made my choice of going solar super easy. My rep Juwan did an incredible job of explaining how everything worked and helped guide me through the entire process. Smooth installation, overall easy process. Jordan also helped answering my husbands questions as the installation was going on. Would give the company a 6 stars if I could.

Bright Solar has taken over the maintenance on our newly installed system from Victory Solar. So far I’m really impressed by their professionalism, clear communications, and willingness to tackle our concerns. I’m breathing a sigh of relief. 😊

There may have been a few rough patches along the way with scheduling, but overall we had a great experience with Bright Solar. I was happy with the final product. Jordan was on top of all the problems we did have and made any problems we had right. Our sales person Kevin is a stand up guy and a pleasure to work with I highly recommend any one that decides to go with Bright Solar to reach out to Kevin for help.

My wife and I worked closely with Juwon and Jordan during the process of purchasing, installing, and switching power companies. Both are very professional and responded to our questions in a timely manner and answered our questions.

Bright solar was a pleasure to work with, especially when the original installer fell through!

The moment the installer dropped the ball with permitting, Bright solar was instrumental in getting another installer lined up. Their communication was rapid and consistent with the Bright solar team initiating follow up and keeping us in the loop.

The CEO of Bright solar even made several personal appearances during scheduled work and inspections to ensure that our install, which started very poorly, ended exceptionally well.

Still nothing but a great experience. Love seeing my electric bill with a negative balance due and building credit.

From start to finish Jordan was communicating with us. While we did have a few hiccups, most out of their control, they were corrected and our system is producing energy like crazy. Look forward to not having an electric bill from now on.

To be honest, If I could rate it higher I truly would. Ms SAIRA ALVARENGA is the best on the team. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that my family had. You would have thought that she was the CEO by the way she was able to provide the best customer service anyone could possibly ask for. Her character and unselfish attitude speaks volumes because of the way she always put others first. She is an indispensable part of the team and really set the standard for her peers.

Our sales rep did a phenomenal job answering all of our questions and concerns. The whole process was quick and easy. We ran into a small hiccup with one of our panels not communicating properly; we were able to receive the proper guidance to quickly get all of our issues resolved hassle free. We have had our system up and running for about 8 months now and are loving the $0 electricity bills in this summer heat.

Bright solar is great company.
It’s been awhile I was looking for a good company to install solar panels.In that process I talked to several people in different companies. I got what I really wanted with Bright solar, a good company with great people like Jordan Ento and his team.the job was well done and fast, thanks guys.
