I went here for my birthday weekend and what a gem this place turned out to be! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were excellent with plenty of different rooms to explore. The music was on point with great tunes, and the crowd was a nice mix of ages, which made for a brilliant atmosphere. I honestly can’t wait to come back 😊 The only small downside was that the security guard wasn’t rude, just a bit blunt – a simple smile or bit of chat would’ve made the experience even better. Other than that, it’s an amazing venue!

I visited this evening, and what a change.
I haven't been in a while, and since I heard they have a new jacuzzi, why not visit and try again so differently?
Staff member Elliot thought the name was great, smile, gd customer service.
The place was a clean and tidy, great mix of people tonight.

I found the entrance staff very pleasant and helpful.
However, everything else was below average in my opinion.
Huge majority of guys well over 50.
Not my scene and I won't return.
London gay saunas much bigger and more varied Clientele.

It is with regret that I have to echo my experience at the Brighton Sauna on 20/4/22.

For many years I have visited and given my support together found the venue a must for my visits to Brighton. "Not Anymore".

Over the times a have visited I was given the pleasure of gaining loyalty cards, gaining points for free entry on a competed card, not this time. In my case, I was left in an embarrassing situation where my card was refused as explained the company has stopped honouring all cards, "NO written warnings on display, on walls, emails or website, and most of all no management available for comment just advised to contact the owner on a further visit.

Reluctantly I paid full price and entered for more disappointing issues, LEFT WITHIN THE HOUR.
The venue was so underheated for the time of year, Tea/coffee was no longer available for free and the cost was overpriced.

Rooms were uncleaned yet overwhelming with Bleach which is a major health hazard in itself.
Before I left this review I tried to contact the company about my concerns.
by their listed email address which seems to be incorrect.
Addressing this experience I have now decided after almost 12 years to remove my support from this venue.
ONE VERY DISAPPOINTED USER!!

Now they have stopped serving breakfasts and hot food, what was busy on naked days has become very quiet with just a few odd guys about. Shame it has turned out that way as the other facilities are good.
