Having ordered a belt for my husband it arrived very quickly, when I opened the box to take a peek the belt looked very stylish. I can’t comment on sizing as it’s a Christmas present and that’s not for a couple of weeks. Overall from website to delivery, top notch.

I was not sure what to expect as I had never ordered before. The belt I ordered (ELINOR in Black) with personalization was truly a special gift. It is stunning and I would be quite price conscious usually. But it has not crossed my mind with this. Superb quality, timely dispatch and tracked arrival just in time for Christmas. Will be ordering from the British Belt Company again!

I have purchased from the British Belt Company before and was very happy with my (ladies') belt. The second purchase was a men's belt, which was also of high quality and arrived very quickly. One small caveat - we followed the size guidelines exactly, but the belt was slightly too large, so we ordered another 2 inches smaller, which is perfect. The return process appears smooth so far, and is free to us. I am so happy to be able to buy British!

I bought 2 Marsden belts for Christmas Pressies for my brother and brother-in-law. Prompt delivery, really pleased with the belts. They are expensive but the quality looks good. Have yet to see if the recipients like them! I’m sure they will!

Once again the lettering was uneven but the product is fine. I will not choose lettering again.

The belt is beautiful however the sizing appears wrong? My husband is a 34 waist and it doesn't even meet! However Will be ordering a bigger size as it is a nice belt

Bought three leather bags in the sale as gifts for family. Sale prices were amazing and just great value. Delivery was free and amazingly fast considering Covid situation and that it was Black Friday week - all bags arriving the next day. Return instructions were included and simple, but not needed. All items were spot on!
Quality of the bags was outstanding and they will make fantastic Christmas presents for family members. Just great service, product quality and price!

Beautiful quality belt and excellent service. I've only given 4 stars because of packaging- this belt is a Christmas present for my husband and when it arrived it was in a plastic bag with the Company name all over it. Luckily my daughter took the delivery in otherwise my surprise would have been ruined.
More discreet packaging please, particularly at Christmas!
