I bought some beautiful Christmas decorations from this website. The items arrived promptly, were beautifully wrapped and even had a little handwritten thank you note in them. I love buying hand made!

I bought several Christmas gifts from different sellers on The British Crafthouse platform and have been absolutely delighted with everything I have purchased. Cannot rate it highly enough and it is now my place to go for all types of gift.

I purchased a beautiful silver ring for my Christmas pressie from my husband!! The service I received was great, due to Covid there was a delay in receiving the item but I was kept in the loop so I knew what was going on. I would definitely use this company again. Really easy to use website with a huge range of items.

I have been delighted in the service I have received from the sellers I have purchased from, particularly over the Christmas period when I purchased 2 items to be sent directly to my gift recipients to avoid any further complications with mailing. I sell on this fantastic new site, what I love about it is there are strict rules that sellers have to adhere to and handmade products have to meet a certain standard so only the best crafters are allowed to sell on the site which is great news for customers

The British Craft House is a well supported site for Artisans to sell their work. I have been on there since October and recovered my annual subscription costs in less than 6 months. Very happy with the site, I particularly like it's layout and the amount of control I have over item listings and cannot speak highly enough of the level of support, advertsing, encouragement and interaction from the site owner.

I am very proud to be a Seller on The British Craft House, but I am also a Customer and have purchased some wonderful gifts from talented Makers. As a Seller the community spirit and support all round is brilliant, as a Customer I have had first rate service and communication on all orders placed. Highly recommended by me!
