To make sure I selected the right shoe and to see if I need to size up. I was surprised how polite and helpful the gentleman on the phone was. And he also informed me the shoes would be shipped out the same day and I would receive a email
I would definitely shop with the brand again

Took my order, my money, only for the item to not be available. Did notify me pretty quickly and refunded me directly, but processes should be in place for items to not be for sale if out of stock.

Fantastic
My experience with these guys was awesome. I ordered online from them, got a great price, and got the item with no hiccups. Not to mention that they were super nice and communicative. They’re a small boutique in the UK that looks like they have a really cool setup, but it was cool to see how smooth & easy everything was getting an order fulfilled to the US. Absolutely recommend.

Make sure you understand that if you buy something that’s framed, it’s not actually framed. You have to put it in the frame yourself.
I ordered a not inexpensive silk print, and was very surprised when it arrived rolled up and not in a frame, all the frame pieces were separately packaged. Now I have to put it together a bit like IKEA!
