Found The Camera Box while googling for some equipment and they had a great package.Shortly after ordering I realized I made a mistake. I emailed them and they called me back (at my request) within minutes. After explaining my mistake, the person I spoke with made a substitution to my package so I not only got the correct item, but I received it NEXT DAY.

Customer service was super helpful! I ordered a microphone power adapter from Camera Box and a very similar one from another company. Well I messed up and returned the wrong item to Camera Box but they were very accommodating and helped me sorted out. Very appreciative of the kind customer service.

Of great importance to me is a contact number for placing orders over the phone, not online! I do not do online ordering with anyone. These folks have a contact number, they answer quickly, were very helpful in product selection and helped with special need for delivery carrier to get my address and delivery very accurate. That was of great importance to me! Order placed, shipped out quickly, received it within 3 days. Item was exactly as desired, all in new condition, nothing damaged by carrier as with other carriers. I am so well satisfied that TheCameraBox is now my camera store of choice for all my camera and lens orders! I give them a 5 star rating based on my first order placed with them.
