Do not purchase from them, i ordered a wall art picture frame over 6 weeks ago and they still havent sent it. They keep making made up excuses and wont refund my money, they should be shut down for operating like this. I have reported them to the authorities - BE WARNED IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY , PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!

Non existent customer service! I have paid for the print and waited over 5 weeks. I wish I had read all the terrible and dreadful reviews before my purchase!

I will never order with this company again. I ordered 2 prints on 9/5/24. I still have no information regarding my order. I have emailed 5 times & phoned twice. I have 5 automated responses with no information about my order, definitely no further response in 24 hours as stated in their automated response. I have emailed a request to cancel the order with a full refund. Ha! Still no response. If I could give a zero rating I would. Lynner. BM Vic

Terrible experience after I spend over an hour choosing what to order I paid and was waiting for an order confirmation.
I received nothing but the money was pending in my account . I rang many time their number and o my got their answering machine. I left messages but nothing.
Send them emails but again nothing.
After few hours I checked my account again and the amount pending was not pending anymore. So I was not charged but they had cancelled my order without communication.

So many prints to choose from but found the perfect framed prints. This is my second purchase that I chose to go with the first. I love them both and are now pride of place on my wall. The whole process from choosing to receiving was effortless.

Very convenient and great Art

I was pleased with the quality of the framing and the nice bright colors of the print. I wish you had a better selection of sea turtles - I saw one in a motel we stayed in which was a little more muted and pastel, but apparently you don't sell it anymore. We just ordered the kookaburra- I'm looking forward to seeing that arrive! Delivery was fairly quick. I felt the packaging was a little flimsy, and could have benefitted from a little more rigid cardboard.

The artwork I received is even better than I imagined it would be. I absolutely love it and would not hesitate to purchase again when the time comes. The colours are amazing and it fits perfectly where I wanted it to be in my home. The only thing which let the experience down was the courier, they took so long once they had the print to deliver but I forgive them, after all we are in a regional area and things take longer.

The quality exceeded my expectations and was delivered within a week.....well done.

Easy ordering, great selection to choose from with quick delivery. A very easy process, have purchased previously therefore they were my first choice when I decided what artwork I wanted.
