Very happy with product. Canvas Factory very prompt processing order. Courier service very slow - was at their Adelaide depot for over a week before delivered.

Hi Di, as I have mentioned in your other review, your image was blurry. As per the service your ordered from us, we highlighted this fact to you and tried to assist and provide alternative solutions.
Image size and image blurriness can be totally unrelated to each other. Your image had enough data in it at 1.63MB to be accepted by our APP, but the image itself was blurry due to low lighting conditions when the image was taken
This has got nothing to do with the product but everything to do with the image you want to print. You are more than welcome to print a blurry image, as per the options provided to you.
Regards
Amanda
