Hi Russel

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your delivery. Have you tried to contact us or the courier, as we don't have an open ticket for this order.

As of today, tracking shows the order is ready for delivery in the next cycle. Unfortunately, the courier networks have been heavily congested in the lead up to Christmas and they are still trying to clear the backlog.

Please may I ask that you wait a few more days for delivery?

Thank you for your patience. I know it can be frustrating when deliveries take longer than expected.

Kind Regards
Amanda

A great service with excellent follow up prior to printing the photos on canvas. One of my images was a bit blurry and another one slightly askew. This was noticed by the team and they contacted me to ask what they should do. Once the flaws were corrected, the delivery took just a few days and the quality was good. The pictures are photos that I took while on Safari and whacked through a Prisma filter.

I am happy with the product I received. It would be great to have the option to see how the canvas would look on my wall. If I had this I would have ordered larger sizes
