Hi Katie
I am really sorry to hear you are not happy with your canvas.
The image we have on our system is well lit so would you mind viewing the canvas in natural lighting (the closest to natural lighting is outdoors ) and send us a photo?
Please email us at support@canvasfactory.com so that we may review
Kind Regards
Amanda
Very happy with the product. Would love to order more but with postage added it is a bit pricey for me. First order ok with 10% discount.
