Empty promises
I am not using this company again. Having contacted them through their website, i sent details of my canvas print request. I shortly received an email confirming that they had received my email. A couple of emails later I had arranged my print, confimred when and where i could collect it, how i was going to pay and everything was good to go...or so i thought. I arrived at the Poole store to collect my item and pay - as agreed, to find they weren't expecting me, didn't know about my order and had no record. They then found the emails and assured me they would send me a proof the following day. It got to late in the afternoon and i still had no proof sent to me. I rang them and the man again, didn't know who I was, but assured me that he will be in the office in an hour, and I would be contacted with a proof. I waited the hour, by which time the office was closed and i couldn't contact anyone. I have since emailed them with a complaint, but had no response.
Luckily for me, another fab company came to my resue and resolved my issue within 24 hours - which was vital as it was a leaving present for someone moving to Australia.
I couldn't recommend this company less - unless you are going to have the time and stand and watch them do your request.
