I bought a Honda Jazz for my wife in January 2020 and I found the sales person to be very friendly and helpful.
One of the reasons I bought this car for my wife was the parking sensors. However, I realised quickly that they were faulty and I raised it as a warranty issue.
After being initially delayed because of Covid outbreak, I was permanently delayed and delayed until they finally accepted to have a look at the car, 2 years after I bought it. They said they will call me back after ordering the sensors kit, including the ECU.
That was the last time I heard from them and they stopped answering any of my e-mails.
So, if you expect any warranty when you're buying the car, my advice is go elsewhere.
0 stars actually. This company is horrifying and please stay away from this car dealer. My dad bought a car a few months ago and the whole car had problems. It was under warranty for 3 months. The car broke down a few days later, so I requested them to fix the car, they took the car for ten days in their garage, they did not touch the car and it was left in the parking lot. They contacted me and said it was ready, therefore I went all the way from Nottingham. When I brought the car, it broke down half way supporting the fact that they did not fix the car AT ALL, so I called them and they reccomended for me to take it to my local garage and that they'll pay for it. I still haven't received the payment. After one day, the same problem occurred so I contacted them to reject the car and say that I need my money back. I spent £11k on it and keeps rejecting till now. I repeated do not trust them. I have five kids and haven't worked for 5 months, I need to claim all MY money back and go to court.
Do not come to this car dealer.
Thank you
Absolutely liers and con people. I bought a MG Midget expecting it to be a runner. It was not although they claim it was and still is. Had to be pushed on/off low loader. Now they are claiming the car was damaged and needs a respray as they say three panels are damaged although it was perfect when it left me which the delivery driver will confirm.
I took the precaution of photographing the car and have asked for pictures from them. None forthcoming.
Now no one is available to speak to me.
Fortunately I have had a refund for the majority of my money but I am still out of pocket.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company but only warn people not to-do business with them.
As I said at the start con men.
0 stars if possible, the team are liars say they will call you back and in about 20 calls I made with a promise of a call back I had ONE. Brought a peugoet of these drove for a day then the faults started to appear which was obviously turned off by a diagnostic machine praying they could get away with it
I returned the vehicle on a Monday and was told it would be looked at on the Monday it got to Thursday and they couldn’t find a fault with the car apparently 🤔I said I will come and collect the car and dramatically all the faults pop up and they cannot do it at there garage has to be seen by Peugeot a month late, long story short do not use save your money use a garage that will help and communicate
I sent the following email to the Car Company Leamington Spa, shortly after purchasing a vehicle from them
"You'd mentioned you were waiting for wiper arms, well somebody made a bad job of looking at the wipers. The driver's wiper came off in the rain on the motorway, fortunately I was on a slip road and they were on intermittent but could have been a lot worse. Plus they make so much noise you can't hear the radio. A bigger concern are the brakes, when pressing firmly there is a major vibration from the front wheels coming back through the steering wheel. I had to drive around it on the way back. Looking through the wheels, replacing the discs and pads will solve it. How do I get this authorised? I don't know who did the valet, but lifting the bonnet to find a layer of dirt and dust was disappointing."
I got zero response to this and a follow up email. In addition the tyres were within a 10psi range and there was only a spoonful of coolant in the header tank. A very poor PDI, especially when they knew I had a 200 mile drive home!!
So I paid to have the brakes fixed and when the check engine light (replaced camshaft sensor) and the airbag warning light (not yet fixed) came on I realised the supposed warranty wasn't worth the air expended on it.
