The support team was nice, helpful and very quick responding. The shipping was quick and the product is flawless.

Been a month since I placed my order and nothing had moved yet. They stopped responding to my emails too. I truly believe these guys are scammers. Be careful.

dont buy they dont ship your item i ordered a hat a year ago still no arrival and not heard from them once and i sent arround 5 messages and emails

it looks like i have been scammed. i am being ignored for months and have not received my product!!

Orders an item in January still not arrived have a reply to refund requests that it’ll be sorted the next day with no item scam site !!!!!

Do not order from this company ordered a T-shirt in November 25 paid for it and received confirmation but despite numerous emails and messages through instagram it still hasn’t arrived and now they are ignoring me. Stay away from this company fraudsters and thieves are the words that spring to mind

Ordered on 30th of November, still missing the package. No response to my mails, no refund.

Have been mailing since orderdate and since this week my email doesn't seem to get delivered. Tried contacting via Facebook, they have read my message and NO response.

Please avoid this company! I should have known they were too good to be true when they claimed to have the Adidas SPZL Autumn Winter 2025 range in stock. I made the mistake of trusting them and not reading their reviews before I placed my order. Over a month later I don’t have the item or my money back, and though they have replied to my emails it has been to fob me off with excuses. Do not use unless you want to lose your money.

Do not use this company. I ordered a jacket from them over 55 days ago and received nothing. I have been requesting a refund for 3 weeks and have only had replies trying to stall the process. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I ordered a shirt from them in mid-November. I was charged and received an order confirmation, but I still haven't received my item. They are not responding, even though I have tried reaching out through multiple channels. This is a scam operation, everyone should stay away.

Don't order anything from this site !! They are thieves and fraudsters, there is no way to contact them, they do not respond to messages, and the email does not work!

Absolute time wasters and dishonest.
They take your money for a product they don’t have and then stall you with all sorts of excuses!
Finally you request a refund which never arrives!!
They then ignore your e mails and block you on their social media!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering. Ordered a Spezial Ferndene bag for a gift for Christmas - the order confirmation says 4-7 days free delivery so I ordered on 10th December to ensure I would receive in time. Chased the order after one week as had no updates, was told that I was unable to obtain an update as was being shipped internationally. I have had no update since. I have ordered items from China at the same time which arrived in ten days - so evidentially this was never sent and dare I say it.. I think I was scammed! £100 may not be a lot to people, but it was to me. If you receive your items then you're very lucky but I would avoid at ALL costs!

Got actually scammed. Ordered Flip-flops and a £100 scarf. Got only the flip flops.
From support im not even getting an answer.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I ordered a pair of adidas SPZL shorts in May 2025 and still haven’t received anything. After a long wait, I was told the item was out of stock. Instead of giving me a refund, they pushed an exchange — which I accepted — but more weeks have passed with no update and no delivery.

Their communication has been virtually non-existent. My emails are now being ignored completely, and I’ve had to chase every single step myself. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with no confidence in this company. I have paid for a product I still don’t have, and I’ve been given no clear solution.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company at all. Avoid like the plague, if I could give this company 0 stars then I would. Scammers!!

Do not buy from this company!
Took my money for a SPZL track top then told me they didn’t have the size I ordered.
After several weeks of time wasting emails I requested a refund then emails stopped.
They have basically stolen my money!
I don’t know why businesses like this are allowed to carry on trading on line!

Wrote an email and never got a reply. Made a payment for a merc tee and man s shirt. Waiting for news and delivery
Up to date 28 Nov 2025 got no reply at all from a second email. Neve got any contact

A part of the order never delivered, money not returned.

Had a rare SPZL item in stock I wanted, messaged them on Instagram to check it was there, it arrived exactly when they said it would. No issues at all, I will be using them again for sure.

Really happy with my order. The customer service was fantastic, great communication throughout.

Sending from Greece by DHL so vat was cleared is a great touch. Tracking number provided and delivered quickly.

I cant fault the team here and this review is from an honest purchase.
