After looking for quality CBD oil at a reasonable price, I was apprehensive at first as the price was low - but I needn't have been. I have made further orders which have been equally reassuring and good value

Fast delivery, excellent quality product and v good sales.

Waited 11 days for my order, supposedly sent 24hr tracked. Meanwhile I had contacted customer service and chatted with Rhiannon who said that she had sent out the replacement order (Fri) and it would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. Still waiting for that delivery, but the original order has appeared miraculously, so was the order resent or was I told that to appease me, and hopefully the original order would appear.?
All seems a bit iffy,what was the tracking number of the resent order?. Don't think I will order again, there seems to be a pattern forming after reading the reviews, shame as the product seems decent. Order #70835
Update,, the replacement order supposed to have been sent out 10 days ago hasn't turned up, this order I had agreed to return unopened.
I received a email from trustpilot looking for my order number, email address and phone number otherwise my honest review could be removed at the cbdshop request. I provided this, even though the order number was quoted in my original review. I fully stand by my 1star review.
Update. Now my details are not on the records. Not a problem as I'm done with this company, don't need the grief when I can buy the same product without the drama.i have now provided trustpilot with a copy of the credit card payment, a copy of the confirmation email of the order from the cbd shop and also a photo of the product received, a copy of the emails from and sent to Rhiannon regarding the order. Can't find my name or order number??? Yeah sure. If it was possible to give zero stars, cbd shop would be getting it after this poor attempt to remove a negative review.

I was a bit wary of buying online but my delivery was very fast and my order came the next day. will definitely order again when i need some more.
