We visited the warehouse and were assisted by Julie who help us get the right chair and fabric . We were able to try the chairs out , there was a brilliant selection of both styles and fabrics. Worth a visit .We took delivery of our chairs today really pleased with the chairs they are stunning , great quality and design. Would definitely recommend “the chair people” a great bespoke product. The delivery driver was brill, text before arrival and all packing removed , leaving me with my lovely chairs.
We've been looking for the right chairs for some time and came across this company after research into a chair we'd sat on at a hotel in Cumbria. We visited the factory showroom at Telford and were delighted with the help we received from Helen. We probably spent over an hour in the showroom trying different styles of chair; we were never rushed, and plenty of tea was provided to keep us refreshed.
We were told at the time that delivery would be in the order of 3 months down the line as each order is bespoke and chairs are made after placing the order. We have received our chairs today, Mike the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. We're now looking forward to enjoying our new dining chairs which look better than we had imagined.
