Christmas gift ruined and no reply!
Ordered some cheese an a few boxes or artisan crackers as gifts. The package - although marked fragile - arrived sopping wet and everything inside wet and ruined. I used their “Contact us” email on their site and heard nothing. The following day I emailed their address along with several photos. Heard nothing. I’ve since rang them to hear “you can’t leave a message, please call back later”. This Christmas gift is ruined, they could have put it right if they had got into it straight away, but now it’s likely to late. Terrible customer service. So disappointed

Fantastic Shop, great customer service and amazing cheeses!
Despite having lived in Cheltenham for years I have never before visited this gem of a shop.
The staff were fantastic and helped me put together a little gift bag with devine cheeses (they suggested I try several), crackers and pickles. Price was surprisingly reasonable.
Looking forward to going back!

Best Xmas hampers around
I have been going to Cheese Works for years now and this is actually the first time for me writing a review for them...the customer service is excellent and everyone are really knowledgeable about their cheese etc.

Horrendous Customer Service and Poor Product
Ordered a Christmas hamper and there was an issue with one of the products. Cheeseworks refused to accept any liability whatsoever and failed to resolve the matter, nor were they willing to compromise. Instead of operating a good customer service approach, they simply ignored the matter by not responding to my contact attempts. Genuinely horrific!
The cheese wasn't even that great to be honest either. I'd suggest going elsewhere to anyone looking to purchase from this rogue trader!
