I've used The Circle platform as a reader for many years now and I love it. It provides me with everything I need to run my business from home. They route the calls and chats to my landline, mobile and other devices. They give me my own profile page which I can edit, along with direct access to control my prices including adding price offers and variable rates if I want to charge more (or less) on certain holidays such as Christmas hours or late night hours for example. They provide me with technical and reader support when I need it too. Whenever things go wrong, which things do go wrong, they will get on it as soon as they can. Yes like everyone I want fixes 'now' but that isn't realistic. Every 'emergency' I've felt like I was having has always been fixed and that's what counts. The circle could potentially be using chat bots
had a chat reading in recent weeks supposedly With a reader he had been giving me a reading about my poi I gave his name and seemed to picked up on energy etc then I lost connection briefly then after I got connected again within seconds it was like I was talking to an automated service I apologised I lost connection expecting to pick up on where the chat left off when I got connected again he said welcome to the circle how can I help my name is I’m a tarot psychic reader which yes it may not bring up my name at his end straight away so I gave my name and dob which was to cover his back which I understand but then I explained he’d just been talking to me about my poi to which he asked what would you like to know ?? Now unless he had an extreme case of amnesia it was like he had just forgotten that he’d just been talking to me about which begs the question was it an AI I had been chatting to before hand now I have had disconnection with other readers before and when I’ve reconnected they gone straight back into reading no problem something people need to be mindful of when having a chat reading with the circle as from my experience it appeared to be a chat bot
