Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company, I ordered a product from their website, it never arrived, I complained they took 2 weeks to respond and said they would send it again,. The same happened no delivery, I went through the same procedure a three times, but no delivery and no response to my complaint, I demanded a refund, it took three weeks for them to say they were sending a refund to my account, but no refund so I have demanded this twice more. This whole bad experience has been going on for 7 months. I find they are not a UK company, there is no address on their website it appears they are unaccountable. Don’t loose your money!!
