Didn't have any faith in them to proceed

Had a telephone call following making an online query - the phone call was an hour later (tricky when you book it around your working hours!) The telephone call was clearly to push to make an appt as they didn't answer many of my questions and said they would be covered in the consultation. They then charged a deposit to book the consultation. If I had booked the consultation online directly instead of making a query, I would not have paid a deposit! Seemed a bit questionable to me so I emailed 3 times to query this but got no response. I then called and cancelled the appt and got a refund but with no explanation on why I was charged but not charged if booked online. Will not proceed with treatment as so far they've not filled me with faith in them.
