I bought this after seeing all the glowing reviews online, and I genuinely don’t understand the hype. The pistachio filling tasted artificial and nothing like real pistachio, the brownie layer was bland, and the whole thing was overwhelmingly sweet in an unpleasant way.

For something that retails at such a high price, the quality is really disappointing. Even on sale, I wouldn’t recommend it. It went straight in the bin

I’ve ordered from The Cocoabean Company a few times now and have never had any issues. Their delivery is always fast and the products are packaged so well that I’ve never had anything arrive damaged.
Most recently, I placed an order on 04/03 for two of the Mother’s Day “MUM” Pistachio & Knafeh Hearts. When the order arrived, it contained two of the regular Pistachio & Knafeh Filled Hearts instead. I contacted them later that evening just to make them aware of the mix-up and didn't really expect a response.

However, within less than 24 hours (on 05/03) they replied, apologised for the error, and let me know they would send two replacement “MUM” hearts out as soon as possible. To my surprise, the replacements arrived the very next day on 06/03. I’ve honestly never experienced such a quick and helpful response from a company before. It really shows how much they care about their customers and their service, especially as a small, friendly family business.
Their chocolates are absolutely amazing as well. I’ve already got friends and family hooked on their pistachio & knafeh products! At first glance the price might seem a little high, but when you receive the product you can see why — they’re generous with the filling and the quality is fantastic.
I will definitely continue purchasing from The Cocoabean Company. It’s clear they take real pride in their products and customer service. Highly, highly recommend!

A week ago, I made a purchase from The Cocoabean Company for the first time. I ordered 'The Crunchy One' in Milk, White and Dark. My parcel was dispatched promptly and arrived a couple of days later.

Each of the three items arrived very well packaged with a lot of bubble wrap, and the chocolates were completely intact. It was so nice to see that such care had been taken during the packing process 😊

The chocolates are absolutely delicious, freshly made and are of high quality. The price per bar is rather expensive but the chocolate is very thick - there's a lot of it, and the quality makes it good value for money. There's a generous amount of pistachio and kunafa filling too - so the ratio of chocolate to filling is perfect!

It's also worth mentioning that I had a question before placing my order. I sent The Cocoabean Company a message and they responded promptly. They were friendly and very helpful, which gave me the confidence to go ahead and place my order with them ASAP.

I would definitely purchase from The Cocoabean Company again! I love that they're a small family business and take pride in what they do from their customer service, to packing my order, to making the product itself. They even included a little thank you note for ordering from them, which I thought was a really lovely touch! 🙂

Bought as a valentines gift. The crunchy one was really nice. Come as expected and no damage to the chocolate bar. Will be using again.

An excellent experience! Professional company who were very helpful and the end product was amazing. Well presented and the packing was very very good meaning that the giant easter egg arrived without damage. Layers and layers of packing and the strongest cardboard box I have ever seen. My partner was tickled pink with her gift taking photos of it and sending to friends and relatives. A work of art with my own personal message to her piped onto the chocolate egg with professional skill. Totally recommended!
