Awful! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It’s been 10weeks and still no contact at all.Have emailed 4 times and still no response from the company.
Completely shocking

I placed an order for a Moses basket, changing mat and stand set back in December 2024, estimated delivery time was supposed to be 10 weeks. I sent an email in Feb 2025 to ask about estimated delivery date and was told they are waiting for a restock of the stands and would get back to me in a few weeks. After constant back and forth emails, I finally received my order in May, but they did not send the mattresses! It took another 2 weeks for the mattresses to arrive, and when we finally started putting the stand together there was no instruction manual and there were screws missing which we had to purchase ourselves to complete the stand. Overall it has been an awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

Wish I read all these reviews before I ordered!
I absolutely love the Moses basket itself – it’s beautifully made and exactly what I hoped for. However, I was extremely disappointed with the communication and delivery process. I placed my order in January and didn’t receive the basket until mid-May – 17 weeks later – with no proactive updates during that time.

To make matters worse, the stand I paid for never arrived. I contacted them on May 13th as soon as the basket was delivered, and although I did receive a couple of replies initially, I’ve had no response at all since May 22nd, despite multiple follow-ups.

I double-checked and confirmed that my Eircode was correct, but they claimed there was an issue with delivery – and yet nothing has been resolved. I’ve had to purchase a separate stand myself, as my baby is now nearly 6 weeks old and we’ve not been able to use the basket as intended.

Overall, while the product is lovely, the customer service has been very frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again.

The worst company I have ever used no communication constantly asking for a refund of item they say have been sent but I have never been provided with a tracking number. DO NOT TOUCH THE COMPANY AT ALL. Got a reply yesterday staring they had sent me multiple emails and that they have refunded. This is now day 2 and no refund has hit my account . I will continue to add a follow up on trust pilot and shame them until I get my money back . AGAIN SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Company went out of their way to make sure swaddle was with us for when our newborn is here in the next couple days.. so happy with it its beautiful too exactly like pictures :)

Do not use this company. They are scammers they take your money give little to no correspondence by using the excuse that your emails go to their spam box. They don't keep to the time frame they state which isn't good for a baby site. Just avoid them all together.

I'm still waiting on my order I've tried emailing and contacting on Instagram no1 is getting back to me , not great customer service ...I've just came on and read reviews looks like others have experienced similar 😳

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order back in November 2024, for a Moses Basket.

I was emailed by Lucy in January, stating production on my order had started and I should expect it by mid to the end of February, which was as expected.

On the 25th Feb I emailed her back, asking for an update as I had received no further information re my order being delivered.

On the 27th I received a response stating my order was packaged and awaiting dispatch. I have expected an update, but have had nothing, so on the 6th March I emailed Lucy again and was told on the 7th March that they were having some delays with their deliveries and that they had arranged my delivery for the 13th/14th March, which ok, I understand things happen, so took it in my stride. I am happy to wait.

But then, I’ve then again received no update or tracking details, so on the 13th I have sent a further email asking for an update and whether my order would be delivered in the 14th March, as previously stated, though I had little hope at this point.
That email was ignored, so I have sent a further email on the 20th March asking to cancel my order due to this horrible experience, the lack of communication and just their blatant unprofessionalism. Again I have had no response.

This has genuinely been the worst service I have ever received! I placed my order well in advance, to avoid this exact scenario yet here I am!

They have happily taken my money, whilst repeatedly lying to me, until they got sick of just responding and have decided the way forward is to just ignoring me.

This has genuinely been one of the worst experiences and not a stress I needed during my pregnancy. Because of this company I have been left without a Moses basket, with my baby due at any point.

Genuinely, I can only assume this is a scam company of some sort, and this is how they operate.

I have now had to place an emergency order with Fiona from Three Little Cubs - having to pay extra, due to being messed around by these lot. I wish to God I had found her earlier or even used Luna & Loop, but alas, I didn’t expect such a horrible experience.

Because of this company, I am without my basket and without my money. Save yourself the stress and hassle of dealing with these lot and avoid! You will thank me.

Ordered a personalised blanket the same as everybody else no confirmation but took my money ,tried to contact with no luck, wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money it has been 6 weeks now.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, have had no confirmation however payment out bank. Have contacted on instagram, facebook and email and not heard a thing back. Getting worried now

Order placed with this company for a rather expensive item for my daughters baby due in May. Payment made and awaiting a delivery date - happy to wait, not an issue with that. However, what I do have an issue with is their admin staff, particularly 'Lucy' whom I have found to be rude, patronising, condescending & extremely unhelpful all starting practically as soon as my cash hit their bank account!!. I simply asked why they had sent me an email asking me to make a FURTHER payment for increased postage? All I did was ask why did I have to pay more when I'd paid postage at time of order. Their system is clearly flawed as it only charged me postage for a small item £4.50, it should have charged me £15! So the email was regarding the extra £10.50, and all she did was blame me when it was actually THEIR system that made the error. Yet all I got was sarcasm and a patronising manner. I have asked 3 times now for a receipt for the further £10.50, they have refused simply saying my oringal order receipt includes this, it does NOT include the further payment! The reply she sent was beyond rude and ended with an extremely sarcastic comment. Would I recommend this company based on my experience simply placing an order with them, absolutely not. I will update my review based on the condition/quality of the item ordered, hopefully it's of a higher standard than the staff I've encountered so far!

01/04/25 UPDATE :
So after 8 attempts via email to contact this company for an update and get an expected delivery time, i then noticed that on Companies House an Asian bloke owned the company and all it has a registered address (probably a PO Box address) in Regent St London - alarm bells went off like you would not believe at this point! I emailed them and told them as they had ignored my contact attempts, I would be starting court action against them via the small claims court in an attempt to get my money back, low and behold they then emailed me back and said it would be delivered on the 1st of April - i told them i would give them until 5pm and then hit the send button to begin my claim. The moses basket - that they charge £399.00 for - was delivered that day. They then emailed me to say they could see it had been delivered. I emailed them back and told them yes it had been delivered but it was NO WHERE NEAR the quality i had expected for that amount of money! It was crocheted onto a flimsy thin piece of MDF, the piece of 'foam' that they put in it for the baby to sleep on is - and i kid you not - 2.8cm thick and has a cheap nasty home made cotton covering on it, the rocking base - which comes with the most basic of DIY instructions, pieces of wood and screws - looks nothing like the pics on their website and neither does the moses basket, its shoddy workmanship at its finest and cheap nasty materials used to make it. Definently ripped off in my opinion. PLEASE do NOT order from this company, do your homework on where ever you order from, make sure they have a base address and READ ALL REVIEWS before you hand over your cash. I've been RIPPED OFF bigstyle!
