Absolutely brilliant. I have admin experience but not school admin experience and have an interview this week so it’s really helped me prepare

Course is illegible (slides with withe font on cream background) and even though I have tried to contact twice, a week after purchase still no answer.

The process was easy and the course details fully explained.

Terrible server and terrible online service. I wouldn’t bother unless you want the extra admin for receiving a refund.

Initially, I was not sent log in details. I managed to figure out how to log on using forgotten password function.
The course itself was poor. The content was all PowerPoints to read through and some included reference to 'in this book' so had clearly been copied from somewhere. The modules did not flow well and there was no introduction or conclusion explaining how they fit together. Each module had 5 questions to answer to move onto the next module which were multiple choice.
I had previously read around the subject, and without doing this, some of the content would not have made sense, despite the course being labelled as having no prior requirements to access. The content was significantly less than advertised. The course stated around 24 hours of content and I completed it in less than 3 hours.
The certificate was sent quickly, although I doubt how useful the qualification will be on a CV/applied to a job.

It was good doing this Cultural Awareness Course . I have gained a lot of knowledge while answering the questions like the the way questions been asked like Moke and final assessment. And in final the same questions been asked which were asked in Moke so through this you get the second chance to learn. So Thank you very much … And yes it also correct your answer like if you have given the wrong answers it corrects you and show the answers either True or False after completing the queries so that’s how you learn… ☺️

The content of the course is extremely basic and could well have been generated by AI.

I wrote 2 messages to your support team over 5 days ago and no response. Quite frustrating to be honest

I haven’t received my course access. I have send an email and didn’t receive any email back. I received after purchase my login details but the course is nowhere to find on my account.

It was a very interesting course it didn’t take me 80 hours though but then information I found from it was helpful

Information extremely basic. Powers points were monotonous and there were no videos to show you how things are done. Very disappointing.

The certificate comes as ‘higher LEARNING assistant level 4’. I have paid the £60 and have gone to my workplace to say I’m a level 4 HLTA and they have said it’s not credited as a HLTA because it’s learning not level. It needs to say level otherwise it means nothing. So this course basically means nothing. Pay them £60 for a useless qualification.
