Excellent Company
I purchased the Trezor Model T a few months ago and I love the purchase. About a month ago it's filled with a hardware failure. Crypto merchant immediately sent me replacement and took care of that issue immediately. They are a wonderful company and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I had some trouble loading the Ledger…
I had some trouble loading the Ledger Live for the first time. Gabe stuck with me until I had the program loaded as well as the accounts for my coins. I couldn't have done it without his help. Gabe remained patient through the call and was extremely helpful. I'm glad I bought my devices through them for the excellent support.

I purchased a Ledger nano S and Trezor One to test for ease of use. Trezor presented no learning hassles.
I had some difficulty learning the operation of Ledger but the customer support was quick to respond to my needs and is willing to work with me on the phone step by step. Very pleased.

I would recommend The Crypto Merchant to anyone. My experience with the store has been excellent. I bought the Trezor One a year ago from Amazon. This time for Trezor Model T I chose The Crypto Merchant over Amazon. Objectively, the price was better than at Amazon. Additionally, The Crypto Merchant has good reputation in the few open source projects I follow.
I look forward to buying more such products, specifically the plastic offline kind of NFC wallet cards, from this store.
