I love to support small businesses and this is exactly why. The personal touches that came with my order made it a nice and easy, friendly transaction, I really felt valued as a customer. I paid for first class postage items arrived quickly and beautifully packaged and were of good quality. I had the cards handwritten and these were done with love and care. I like that the owner of this businesses is supporting lots of other small business too. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Nice selection of slightly naughty cards and small gifts.
Great selection of unusual cards and other items, good if you want something just that little out of the ordinary for your friends and loved ones - I mean who doesn’t want a pop-out unicorn decoration or a set of pencils with sweary words on them? Communication with the business is prompt and professional, and there’s a good range of delivery options available so even foreign exiles like me don’t have to do without a dose of card-based hilarity.

Even though I only paid for second…
Even though I only paid for second class postage my order came fairly swiftly. I was really happy with the cards, nice to get unusual designs from artists I'd never seen in mainstream shops.

Tin pot unprofessional one man band, not to be trusted
Clearly one person running what they think is a company
Order never turned up when it claimed next day and, and you are going to love this, I was told that if the order didnt turn up WITHIN A MONTH, i might get a refund
Now, unless anyone else out there buys their personalised birthday cards 3 months in advance this is an utterly pointless resolution
Dont bother, if you want to use a company you can trust go to Moonpig. I will use my 4 year old daughter next time, she has the ability to answer a phone more professionally

Just to clarify, your order was never promised to be delivered next day. If you have a look at our website, you'll see that it says "UK Next Day Delivery Available". Your order was sent by your chosen postage method (second class) on 6th November. It is now the 9th November, and I'm sure will arrive with you any day. Hopefully you'll love your order when it arrives.
