As the curtain track I purchased is fitted flush to the ceiling, it might have been helpful for the supplied screws to be either coloured to match the track, or to have push fit covers supplied (which is what I bought from Amazon)

Quality product, great after sales service

The rail is too large, it doesn't fit within the brackets without removing two, and really forcing it. This means the corners dip down. It fits perfectly outside the brackets. Have the bracket measurements not been deducted during construction?

The online order system was great easy to use and understand. I did have one query which I wanted to speak to someone about and again my experience was great. Rang the number provided call answered swiftly spoke to an assistant who was very helpful and knowledgeable . The rail was delivered within two days I was emailed to advise despatched and delivery date which was spot on. Great product Great service .

Quality of the curtain track is good and easy to install. We don't need any handyman. We are pleased with the outcome.

It is an expensive one compared to what we can find in Dunelm, Homebase or other stores. We bought this because we needed extra long track which other stores don't have.

Fantastic product, great service. There was a shortage in original delivery but it was resolved within 48 hours. Cannot speak more highly.

It was easy to order from the website and the staff members were also very quick and helpful with enquiries. However, their delivery system is not efficient at all. Once the order was confirmed and dispatched, their email said it would arrive the following day. It is an all day wait with no way of knowing where the delivery is. It was incovenient but we waited and it never even arrived! There was no communication what happened, I had to call them to enquire and reschedule the delivery. I think this is the only lacking part of their business and they should sort this out.

Sending 10 curtain sliders which cost £2.30 on an overnight courier which cost £8.95 is a bit over the top, better and cheaper to put in first class signed for.

Ordered two bay window tracks. The company website is so easy to use, it shows you all the measurements you need to take. You can either measure the window and they adjust the sizes for the track or you can give them the track measurements and they'll make to that. You get updates of the status of your order and everything comes well packaged and protected. After sales communication is great too.

I have to admit I was disappointed with the quality of the product. The website said that the curtain track was meant for medium to heavy curtains, however the track was supplied with plastic brackets which are not strong enough to hold a track for heavy curtains. They need to be metal. The track pops out of the brackets really easily. Having spent so much on the tracks we are having to change our curtains for lighter ones because of this problem.
