The content of my previous CV was good, but the wording and format was not. In today's world, one's CV is usually first viewed by an HR person who knows nothing about the actual experience needed for the position being applied to or it is processed by "keyword" detecting programs. This is where the CV Site writer comes in. They reword your provided experience in a way that catches the eye of the reviewer or keyword program. My CV writer Joseph did a great job of rewriting my CV format and adding that type of language. My CV was ready in only a couple of days.

Although the content was fixed at my request after the final CV was delivered, wasn't kept in the loop when the CV was being edited, like i was couple years ago when i first used this service. I felt like after the final edit there were still some duplication in the content that I had to get rid of by myself, and that was my main purpose of getting the CV edited in the first place. Moreover the CV was edited at a lower version of word and the formatting all went wrong when i opened it, it wasnt sorted even after the final delivery. I basically had to copy the content into a new format.

I would say that the language of the content was precise and very professional.

My CV writer Nigel was very professional, astute and a fantastic wordsmith. The difference his work and help has made is significant - instantly yielding positive feedback and all in a very short space of time. I highly recommend Nigel and TheCVSite!

The 'updated' CV seemed to be little more than global change of full stops to bullet points. The covering little than a collection of meaningless 'business speak drivel' found in templates all over the web. I'll be using my old CV.

The on line automatic CV review tool showed, my then CV required to be tided up and updated as it was some 14 years 'old'
The CV site re wrote my CV for me in an efficient, effective manner, and I was very pleased with the result.
As an added bonus they sent with the finial document a very detailed document about interviews - well worth the money that I paid.

I got a free CV review from the site before I paid for anything. I hadn't updated my CV in 3 years before this and so the the CV review was a good way to find out what areas I needed to work on. I know that some people say it's a waste of money to pay a professional cv writing company but if you're not great at writing or on getting across all your skills and experience I think it's definitely worth it.
So I went with the standard package and got them to write it for me. I got my new CV back quicker than they said I would so I was really pleased as needed to start sending it off straight away! It was well written (obviously) and also well presented and had all the information I sent them included but presented much more professionally than I could have made it.
I got a job out of my new CV so it can't have been bad! Would recommend the CV site and also recommend you get a free cv review first.
