I had used Martin before and he was prompt to call round to my house and did the job there and then....absolutely perfect. However, this time, I called him, he asked for photos-which I sent. Then...nothing. I rang him again 4 days later. He apologised, said that he thought that he had given me an estimate and said to give him 5 minutes to get back to me. More than 2 hours later and I've heard nothing. I'll get someone else now and in future.
Used this company a year ago to fix a dent on my car...... Did an amazing job very happy. BUT, I contacted them recently to fix another dent for me and spoke to Martin on the phone and he said to send photos, so I did..... I have not heard anything since from him. I have sent 3 emails and 7 or 8 texts and not one reply.... Not even to say he didn't want to do it..... I would not recommend them or use them again....... Very very disappointed. :-(
