Passed my ADI part 2 today with the help of Gary and Jim! They have been amazing and super accommodating with my lessons! Very excited to get going with my part 3! Thank you so much!

ADI Part 2 - Passed my Part 2, 1st time. I can't thank Jim, Gary and the rest of the System family for all their support and encouragement to get me to this point. Looking forward to continuing on my journey with you all.

I started my training with Gary in 2019 and found him to be helpful, supportive and knowledgeable about all aspects of training.
Throughout my training he matched his input and support to meet my needs. He put me at ease whenever I found something challenging.
The level of formal and informal support I received throughout my training and since, from the DITA team, has been consistently excellent.

Changing career to self employment and driving instructing seemed like quite a scary process when I was starting out. Gary was very empathetic and supported my learning in a way that has in turn helped me guide my pupils. There was support from everyone from the first enquiry through to completion, even outside of normal times and away from tuition such as answering my questions on the business side and how I could navigate self employment after being employed for so long.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to change career.

I passed my ADI training in 2019. Gary was a great instructor and helped me get through each stage of the process, couldn’t have done it without him.

This was an invaluable experience. Not only was I given professional coaching to refine my own driving, but I trained alongside a fellow PDI to develop my instructing ability. This provided me with reassurance and security, and gave me a grasp on instructing before I began taking on my own pupils, which really built up my confidence. It also introduced to me the System Community, and I wouldn’t be without them. By far, the best career change I could have made.

I started training in 2018,Gary and the staff at DITA were brilliant. Gary got me through every stage and helped me understand when and how to use the skills in everyday teaching. The staff in the office were excellent, any questions or queries were answered and they helped me with any paperwork and applications that needed to be completed.
Couldn’t have done it without them.

After deciding to move into self-employment, I chose system driving school after having a good look around at what schools were available and what choices they would offer, taken into the account of prices and the amount of hours that would be needed to become a driving instructor.
After a short induction I’m meeting the team to discuss any issues or concerns I had, all my questions were answered by Kevin and Gary Battison, the training started shortly after and it wasn’t long before I was starting to find my feet as this was all new to me.
Gary was my trainer, He was very professional and explain things very clearly I’m just checked all the time that I fully understood at every stage what we were doing and why. I would say I felt that he went above and beyond as for example I did say any time if I have any questions I could contact him at any time of the day and he will get back to me, which is exactly what he did to so really pleased with this, made me feel one of the team from the start and through to the finish. It didn’t stop there as once I was passed he was always at Hand to offer advice and for me this goes along way. As this is a family run business and they have the best of the best working in the admin team as well I am really pleased that I chose system driving school and couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re thinking of becoming a driving instructor.

Really enjoyed my training with Gary, he’s a great communicator and passed on many useful tips that have proved invaluable when I moved on to teaching pupils.

Quite simply .. the whole team are second to none. The office staff are always there to help and nothing is ever a problem and I’ve always had a constant flow of pupils ... thanks guys.. as for mr Gary Battison , I wouldn’t be where I am today without his help and years of experience.. thanks Gary.

Training with DITA was excellent.
I started to train to become a driving instructor in 2017 and Training to become a driving instructor was totally out of my comfort zone but with the help from Gary and all of his knowledge (and bad jokes) made the training enjoyable.
With all the help from all at systemi went on to pass and become a driving instructor. Being part of team system you feel supported and part of the family.

With a lot of support and help from the System team and Gary managed to pass 1st time. Gary's tuition, patience and knowledge made all the difference. My thanks to Gary and the System team.

I had my training with Gary in 2017, it was an enjoyable experience. Gary had so much knowledge which he was happy to pass on in an informative and practical way. Most importantly, Gary was friendly and very patient. He always remained calm and never raised his voice. I was really pleased with the training I received and highly recommend it.
Also, the help and support I was given from the Admin team was excellent. If I ever had any issues the team would go out of their way to help.
I was really happy with the whole process from start to finish.

I've had an amazing experience training to be a driving instructor with DITA . Gary was a very knowledgeable trainer and always on hand to offer advice . The professionalism and support of the team and office staff is always impeccable. I'm extremely proud to be part of the system driving team .

I started my training back in 2016 after looking for a career change. Gary and the team made me feel part of the team straight away and was offering help and advice whenever needed. Gary was a wealth of knowledge and I wouldn't have been able to get through it all, without the continued support and help from him and the rest of the team. Can’t rate Gary and the system guys high enough, I was unfortunately training when we went into lockdown. The support at this time was brilliant and gary found ways for me to continue my training. His knowledge and continued advise is outstanding. Thanks guys

Training with Gary was very informative. It helped with not only how to teach people in the correct manner as your own way of teaching becomes apparent, but the information you give from your Training is detailed well and informative.
Great guy and approachable, including System Driving School the same.

I trained with Gary back in 2016 and was looking for a different challenge in life. Was scary moving from a secure job to being self employed but was the best decision I ever made. Gary was great at pushing me when I needed and always championing my corner. Helped me to achieve this and really took time to understand my needs and wants and made me feel very comfortable in my abilities

Gary was so helpful and knowledgeable during my training, helped me to pass all my training on first attempts back in 2019. Since then the admin team have kept my books as full as I need and are always only just a call away!
