Called on a friday night - came very quickly and dealt with the problem. Very pleasant, helpful and considerate. Checked all was ok and flowing properly before clear up and leaving. Highly recomended

We needed a lot of work at our property after seeing the drain survey results. The team were absolutely brilliant. All work was completed to a high standard. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite. They completed everything on the list and tidied everything up afterwards. An excellent price too. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I called The Drain People at 07:00 due to a serious blockage causing drains to back up into the toilets. To my amazement, an engineer arrived by 08:30—fast, efficient, and exactly what I needed in an emergency!

The engineer was polite, professional, and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Not only did they provide a perfect solution, but they also ensured everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Got somebody from the Drain People round to look at how my drains could be improved, following a flood caused by them blocking. Guy who came seemed lovely and told me he would get a quote to me the next day for a survey and potential improvements. 2wks later I rang their admin who apologised and said they would get him to send me the quote the next day. Never came. 2wks later, rang again...same thing. Nothing received. Now 13th November and still no quote. I have wasted 6wks in total waiting for a quote (or any reply for that matter!). If they didn't want to do it, why did they not just tell me so I could find somebody else!?

We called The Drain People this morning, he turned up within a couple of hours and not only fixed the "current" problem we had, but also cleared and advised us about the other outside drains of our property.

Excellent service today from The Drain People. I phoned late morning and explained about my blocked drains. I was given a price over the phone which was the price I paid, no hidden extras. Matt arrived and unblocked the drain quickly, explaining what he was doing and why. Left everywhere clean and tidy. Very professional, efficient and friendly service, really happy with the standard of work completed.

House pipes were blocked and we called another company to fix it but they charged us just to identify the problem and not actually do the work to fix it - leaving us in a panic for a couple days.
But once we called the drain people, they fixed it the next day (within couple hours) - so grateful!!

Phoned for a quote explained the problem, explained that they needed to speak with an engineer and would phone me back. never got back, so if you want a company to sort drainage problems don't bother with this one.

Had problems with main waste drains from our property. Had other local drains clearance company out but they only half cleared the problem so it recurred. Then John and Phil came from The Drain People and they were in a different league! Highly professional and conscientious, with all the necessary high-tech equipment, they did a proper job and fixed our problem at last. Highly recommended.
