Refunds taking almost a month after company said money has been sent
Still waiting for an item returned at the start of December 2025 to be refunded. This was acknowledged as arrived by Drillshed around a week after the courier confirmed delivery with them. The refund was partial - returns system was down so I sent orders for 2 items together with all the order details. Had to keep chasing which led to Drillshed asking me to itemise over and over what had been returned to them, which they had already authorised. A refund was confirmed to be sent 15.12.25 and it is still not in my account. At this stage it is hard to believe the money has been sent and feels dishonest. If I wasn't keeping track of this I think they would keep the money

Great company, great prices compared to other websites. My parcel was running over a week late, so I contacted them and it was presumed lost so the sent a replacement straight out with no problems. Received within two days. Great company to experience.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Prices were different on google to the prices shown on their website due to a promotion they had had. When emailed, Mathew was incredibly helpful and honoured the cheaper prices shown. Very quick with responses, delivery and issuing a refund for the difference in cost. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing again from them in the future.

Got me out of a tight spot after the other company let me down.

Ordered from this company. Despatch very efficient and speedy but the positives end there. Items stuck with Evri and now presumably lost but trying to get a response from the drill shed has been almost impossible despite many emails and a telephone call. The standard response is that it is contacting Evri and will get back to me shortly but it never does. Given previous reviews, VERY disappointing. Asked for a refund but no reply.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered a coat for a competition for my daughter from this website. It took nearly three weeks to arrive. I had to order another coat in the meantime. I complained online, that I did not want to pay for the return of this coat, but they did not respond within the 48hrs that they promised so thinking they were not going to respond I just posted it back to the online address which was in the Netherlands but I still have not got back my refund and it’s over two weeks since I posted it. So now I’m out of pocket for the coat and the postage of the coat and no response from them. Ridiculous behaviour and a ridiculous site. Very badly managed.
In response to your reply, yes I did use the online portal and it just gave me an address to post to in the Netherlands.
I am also impressed with your very quick response to my public complaint when it took ye 4 days to respond to my complaint on your website.

Your order was dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse and forwarded to our EU distribution centre, where it was shipped out within our stated 3–5 working day timeframe. Unfortunately, the courier then took longer than expected to deliver, which we understand was frustrating — especially with a deadline involved.
We also apologise for the delay in processing your return. As the return wasn’t registered via our online portal, we weren’t aware it was on the way until it arrived, but we can confirm your refund has now been issued.
