I was very disappointed in my latest appointment. Despite being a regular client and preparing for my usual aural wax removal the nurse said she did not have time to clean both ears. The business model allows 6-7 minutes per ear with no discussion about weather to move to the second ear after half the consultation. At $80 per ear I have moved to Audika and received great service for almost half the cost of The Ear Clinic.
I had my ears cleaned, as they were itchy. It is a simple procedure followed by the usual talk from a nurse on how to clean your ears. This I know how to do and most people can google this information if they don’t. It cost $80 for this 15 minute session. Other ear clinics I later found out do not charge so much. Ridiculous!
